KonXPro ingests, indexes, and surfaces building permit filings, job applications, violations, and associated public records published by the New York City Department of Buildings ("NYC DOB") and the City of New York via official Open Data portals.

3. Information We Collect from Subscribers

When you register, configure alert preferences, or purchase a subscription, we collect:

• Account & Profile Information: Name, business name, trade license numbers, business email, phone number, and account credentials.
• Territory & Alert Preferences: Designated trade specialties, target boroughs, neighborhoods, job valuation thresholds, and notification delivery options (Email, SMS, push).
• Billing & Payment Data: Credit card and billing details are transmitted directly to our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor (Stripe). KonXPro does not store complete credit card numbers on its servers.
• Usage & Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, referral URLs, and interactions with our application components.

4. How We Use Your Information

We utilize subscriber information exclusively for legitimate business and operational purposes:

• Dispatching real-time permit notifications and daily email digests according to your configured trade filters.
• Provisioning subscriber accounts, processing recurring subscription payments, and enforcing tier limits.
• Monitoring platform stability, diagnosing server performance, and securing against unauthorized access.
• Communicating product updates, system maintenance windows, and customer support responses.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your subscriber personal information to third parties.

We share necessary data with trusted infrastructure and service providers operating under strict confidentiality obligations:

• Stripe: Payment processing, customer portal management, and recurring billing.
